A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 1 pm. Visitation will be held Friday evening, August 26 from 6-9 at the same location.

Jo was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to William K. and Corinne Gregg. She is survived by her husband William E. Locker and her four children, Amy Locker, Gregg Locker, Lisa Locker (David) Christian and Peter L. (Michelle) Locker, her five grandchildren, Samantha Harmon Lovins, Emmylou (Matthew) Spence, William E. Locker II, Annamarie Locker and Katie Jo Hunt, and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Robert K. (Lois) Gregg and Judith Ann (Adam) Larry. She is proceeded in death by her sister Marilyn Lantau.

She loved life, her church, nature, gardening and the arts, but most of all, she loved her family. Jo was a talented artist with works of art hanging in several churches across the country. She was a devoted member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, serving as the Worship Committee Chair for a number of years.
